Roads to Power
Build roads from the Nexus and mines for steady gold income. Build turrets for static defense and plants for unit production (which can chase enemies). The world expands every 3 minutes, providing more space for construction, potentially revealing rich gold deposits — but also awakening enemy units.
Watch the growth bar at the bottom of the screen; it has all the info you need to prepare for what's coming.
The game is made for Odin 7 Day Jam.

very fun game love the hole consept one of the better games in the jam
Very fun, what was the inspiration for this game?
Inspired by games like Factorio, I wanted more action and no player character, so the player is a commander overseeing the base, and also I added elements of tower defense and enemy waves.
By the way, I noticed in your screenshot that you built mines on swamps (green areas), which isn’t optimal. But since the game doesn’t explain this, how would you know? 🙂 The idea is that swamps slow down all movement – roads, your units, and enemy units – so it’s beneficial to place turrets behind or on swamps. This way, enemies are slowed down while turrets take advantage of their higher attack range. Mines generate 1 gold every 5 seconds from any location, except on gold deposits, where they produce 10 gold per 5 seconds (this is shown when you select a mine node). You also can select areas (deposit and swap) to see the details.
